Eating local backlash!

Quick study

I did a quick study of the system.
MiniMed Paradigm® REAL-Time Insulin Pump and Continuous Glucose Monitoring System
And have some quick points:
1. Lost of calibration – which is a good safe way to define accuracy. But in reality will the user have to/ will do this?

Is this an Artificial Pancreas

From CGMS I then sought out the closed loop – something that would constitute an Artificial Pancreas.
This seems to be doing that Job – with testing being the human intervention. The Minimed Paradigm.

CGMS – Continuous Glucose Monitoring System

Having worked in the diabetes are all these years – focussing upon the marginalised discourse – I seem to have missed out on the CGMS developments. I am now going to go into this area and see whats been happening re the integration of CGMS with the pump.
