Reading and Writing

When I was little I used to read a lot. Now I am grown up and I read a little.

But do spend some time in libraries ( ‘my candy store’), and keep borrowing books. Many of these books I do not read.

I write too. And enjoy it. But have little time to write.

A lot of what I read and write is not fiction. It is history, like the history of Salt, which was quite an amazing experience. And also the history of Odour.

I can read a Montalbano, a Shane Maloney anytime.

I read on my kindle. I read Topol’s Creative Destruction of Medicine on my kindle and tweeted as I read – like a bird.
